Return Process

2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address.
3. Shipping: Send the product back to us using a reliable courier service. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Inspection: After we receive the product, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
Refund Policy
- Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your product, follow the same steps as the return process. Once approved, we’ll ship the replacement product to you.
